How it works here

Health sharing, explained for Nevada.

Health care sharing is available to Nevada residents nationwide, since sharing memberships are not tied to state insurance markets. Members pay a monthly share and eligible bills are paid from a community pool.

Health sharing is NOT insurance. It does not guarantee payment, is not regulated as insurance in Nevada or anywhere else, and typically limits pre-existing conditions. It can lower monthly costs for healthy Nevada residents who do not qualify for ACA subsidies, but it carries real risk.

If you have an ongoing condition or expect significant care, a comprehensive Nevada Marketplace plan is usually the safer path.

Sharing is not insurance. See ACA Marketplace vs health sharing.
