What happens next
- We stop contacting you within 10 business days, usually sooner.
- We tell the licensed agency that received your request to stop too.
- We keep a record of your opt-out so you are not contacted again by mistake.
- We will not email you to confirm unless you ask us to.
Opting out of calls does not delete your information. To delete it, see our Privacy Policy. To stop the sale or sharing of your information, use Your Privacy Choices.
National Do Not Call Registry
You can also add your number to the free National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. It limits sales calls from companies you have not asked to hear from. If you gave us consent, your request to us (above) is what stops our calls.
Our do-not-call policy
Federal rules require a written do-not-call policy. Ours requires that:
- An internal do-not-call list is kept and checked before anyone contacts you.
- Anyone who contacts people on our behalf is trained on the policy and honors opt-outs.
- Only people who asked are called or texted, and only during the hours state law allows.
- Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days and kept for at least five years.
- Anyone can ask for a copy of the written policy.
