The short version
- You can read every guide and use every calculator without giving us your name.
- We do not run an AI chat today. See our AI notice.
- If you ask to be matched, we use what you enter to connect you with a licensed advisor, and only after you agree to be contacted.
- Some advisors may pay us for that introduction. Some state laws call that a “sale”, so you can opt out.
- We honor Global Privacy Control. Set your choice any time at Your Privacy Choices.
- Health-related answers get extra protection. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
This policy covers olyronhealth.com and the forms, desk and messages that come from it. Effective October 15, 2026.

How we use it
- To answer your request: show options, connect you with a licensed advisor you asked to hear from, and send the confirmation you expect.
- To check that a request is real: block bots, and check that a phone number and email address are valid.
- To keep proof of your consent to be contacted, as the law requires.
- To run, secure and improve the site, and to understand which pages help people.
- To follow the law and protect our rights.
We do not use your information to make decisions about your eligibility for insurance or coverage.
Selling and sharing
Some licensed advisors may pay us when we introduce you to them at your request, and some state laws treat that as a “sale” of personal information. If our analytics tags are turned on, sending page-visit data to Google can count as “sharing” for cross-context advertising. In the last 12 months, the categories that may have been sold or shared are: contact details, household and coverage details, health-related needs you selected, and device and usage data.
You can opt out of both at Your Privacy Choices, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as an opt-out. We do not knowingly sell or share information of anyone under 16.

Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

State privacy rights
For simplicity, we give everyone the rights above and honor Global Privacy Control everywhere. Some states add more:
California
California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive information (such as health needs you select) only to provide the service you asked for. To make a request, see below. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for proof of your permission.
Washington, Nevada and Connecticut
These states protect consumer health data even when other privacy laws do not apply. Read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Colorado, Virginia, Oregon, Montana and other states with privacy laws
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with privacy laws can use the rights above, including an appeal.
